Idea: WO - Site is marked as Do Not Use but when in Service Contracts the system will allow the entry of the site.

More information: When a Work Order Site is given a status of Not Used, new work orders are not allowed to be created for that site. In the Service Contract Module, it is allow to create new service contracts for a site marked Not Used, and to issue Billings and Work Orders. Client would like to see protection added to prevent new Service Contracts from being created for Work Order Sites with a status of Not Used.
