Allow contract value to be input for billing source "Work Order"

For service contracts with  the billing source setup as "Work Order" we'd like to reference an annual contract value to facilitate reporting on value of contracts in force. Would prefer this to be consistent with other billing sources and not setup through user defined fields. We have some float in our fulfillment period and prefer to bill customers for agreed contract work after we complete the work order. This could possibly be facilitated by allowing a pre-determined billing value in the service contract visit screen.
