Idea: Canadian impact of Age on CPP and federal tax calculations

More information: Reported by Cameron from CDP. The ability to turn off CPP and CPP implication on federal taxes for employees below 18 and 70 and above or other Special Situations. We can currently Exempt them from CPP in the employee setup but this does not remove the CPP implications from the calculation of canadian federal taxes.
