Enhancement - Billing code and Billing Rate

Idea: Billing code and Billing Rate

More information: when they are entering time into time card entry - client would like the billing rate to automatically default based on the billing code - right now the client enters a code and a box will come up for the billing rate - client enters the rate, saves it, and then enters another employee with the same code and the rate does not appear
