More information: Issue: Pay extension not calculating for salaried employees when hours are transferred to pre-time card entry from work order labor entry unless the "redistribute" button is clicked. The extension does calculate when:
Import via Pre-Time Card Import - Salary redistributes
Enter via Employee Kiosk - Salary redistributes
Import via PTE - Salary redistributes

This came up in V13 and was supposed to be added to v14. (#478237)
