Hi Nadine,
 
Thank you for the help. We thought about doing it in separate pay cycles but decided that it would cause too many other issues with add ons & deductions, salaries and other reports that we have to run. We will probably end up making a new code or just reconciling later.
 
Maybe you can put it in the “suggestion box” to allow to make work comp codes inactive. It seems that it’s one of the only modules that doesn’t have that option. Also being able to add a new work comp rate to an existing code with an effective date would be an amazing addition!
