PR-Preauthorization with no dollar amount

Currently, the preauthorization requires a dollar amount to be paid in order to create Pre-authorization on the ACH report for the bank.

We would like to create the bank's ACH report to pre-authorize an employee with no dollar amount.  For example, I can get the new hire paperwork on Monday and could send a pre-authorization to the bank that day.  When I am ready to do payroll next week, I would then be set for direct deposit.  No manual checks to deal with!

Now, we have to enter an amount (usually a penny) in order to create a pre-authorization report for the bank.  An unnecessary extra step and hassle.
