Need for running a payroll check on different date after all timecards have been entered

Need the option to be able to pull one employee into the cycle when they have been entered in a big batch because it is now known that a layoff check is needed.  Either that or be able to change the payroll batch so you don't have to delete everything you have done because a layoff situation has been discovered.
