Prevailing wage, company-paid fringes

Prevailing wage rates in our area do not include stated fringes.  Employers can use any combination of pay rate and employer-paid fringes to meet the PW rate.  But, Spectrum does not handle this well.

Assume the PW rate is $25.00.  And, the value of the company-paid benefits is $5.00.  If the employee’s pay rate is $20.00, then no adjustment is necessary (20 + 5 = 25).  Spectrum bumps the employee's pay rate to $25 and lists $5 in fringes on the certified payroll report.  

Support has been unable to provide a setup that works.  Others have posted with the same complaint.  Please help.

    I recommend training here.  About a year ago, we added the ability to process Prevailing Wage projects with no stated fringe.
