Idea: Enhancement to Ticket Reversal Process
More information: Enhancement Request: Allow individual scale tickets to be reversed, even if it is part of a larger job requisition.
Explanation: When tickets are brought in and generate job requisitions, multiple tickets will be rolled into a single job req. If one of the tickets then needs to be reversed (i.e., a phase code needs to be changed), the entire job requisition has to be reversed. And, re-placed.
Business Case: For some imports, can have a large number of tickets rolled into the job requisition. To reverse the entire job req for a single scale ticket adds to administrative overhead as well as generating many unnecessary records which show up in reporting.
