Idea: Equipment Module - Filter by personnell

More information: Enhancement request: Enhance the Preventive Maintenance | Data Entry | Equipment Work Order entry | Personnel to validate Employee Code in all three personnel fields: Entered By, Reported By, Contact Name. THen in PM | Inquiry | Equipment Work Order, add all 3 names to the Personnel column (2 new columns + current). Additionally, create a canned Dashboard for any of these names to show open PM equipment work orders.

Business reason: Allow PM equipment work orders to display similarly to the Work Order dispatch
