More information: Enhancement Request:

Beginning 01/01/18, NYS now has paid family medical leave.  This leave is intended to be employee funded and allows the employer to deduct the premium amount based on a percentage and the state average weekly wage from the employee. I believe an enhancement should be put in to Spectrum to handle this deduction similar to the way that disability is handled as the paid family medical leave policy is handled through your disability carrier.
