Please add the ability to enable a time based two-factor authentication. Time based would be preferred since it is more secure than a phone or email message.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

For those clients who are running Spectrum either on Viewpoint's cloud or using ViewpointOne, I am happy to announce that we will be offering single sign on/multi-factor authentication using Microsoft Azure's Active Directory. This will be part of the Spectrum 2020 R2 release.
It is on the roadmap to work with other providers here, but for now, we support Azure Active Directory.
I vote for DUO support since we are already using it for email.
Something like DUO would be great. Currently we're using IP restriction, which support can setup.
The sooner the better. The web facing front end only being secured by a password is simply not secure enough. This system holds sensitive information for employees and vendors.
Single sign-on and two-factor authentication are on the roadmap. We (as in all of us product folks at Viewpoint) are currently working on creating a solution that will solve this issue for all of our applications.
Just wanted to drop a note to let you know that this is being worked on...but I don't have anything to show you yet on it.
