Our work week is Sunday - Saturday. Our payroll is processed bi-weekly. If an employee uses Holiday, Jury or other type leave on the first Monday of the pay period, it affects how the overtime is calculated. The system treats the next day (Tuesday) as the first day of the week forward 7 days (Tuesday - Monday). Result is both weeks hours are calculated incorrectly and over/under payments.

This was done by design as not everyone has a standard work week.
One idea is to use unique batch codes for each week. Then run the Auto-OT in Pre-Time Cards by batch code. This will resolve the issue.
Background:
When the auto-overtime functionality was designed in Spectrum, it was intended to try to address the most common scenarios that our clients have. In the majority of the cases, this means a weekly payroll cycle, and the auto-overtime calculation is specifically programmed to handle most weekly payroll cycle scenarios.
On top of that, there is additional logic in the programming to try to cover payroll cycles that cover more than one week, such as bi-weekly, etc. The way the logic works in that case is that when an employee’s work dates extend over more than a 7 day period, the weekly periods are calculated started with the first work date.
