We would like the ability to attach a single image in document imaging, but specify multiple folders that the image would appear. We envision that the Cabinet and Drawer would be specified and the image would be attached with multiple folders able to be entered.
This is useful for us in several areas including Job Images as well as Employee Training. For instance, if you have a course that is taken by multiple employees and you want to record training documentation for each employee, you would have to attach this multiple times right now (for each employee). If the documentation is the same for each employee, we'd like the ability to specify that it is Cabinet: Employee, Drawer: Training, and then attach the document and list each employee code this is for. The system would then replicate that same document across all employees specified.
