Currently, the PO Status Report does not account for lines that have been over-received when it calculates the remaining amount. It is treating over-received lines as zero. This causes issues when AP tries to receive against a PO. There may only be a few dollars left on the PO amount, but the Status Report could show hundreds.
Example:
PO #123 has 2 lines on it:
Line 1: Ordered Amount: $1000 Received Amount: $0 Remaining Amount: $1000
Line 2: Ordered Amount: $1000 Received Amount: $1800 Remaining Amount:
Totals: Ordered Amount: $2000 Received Amount: $1800 Remaining Amount: $1000
In this case, the system should show the remaining amount as $200.
