We would like to be able to create a pre-printed form and upload it into the work order notes screen. Ex: Veriase form. That way the technician could fill out the "Verisae Form" in the work order without having to keep up with external papers for each work order. Also, be able to create a quick check list for vital stats on equipment that technicians are working on.
