Labor burden per employee.

It is very important to us to have the ability to apply labor burden rates to individual employees.  The industry allows us to charge certain hourly rates per trade.  Employees are at different pay levels depending on wage code.  We are unable to maximize hourly rates due to this inability to apply individual labor burden rates.causing us to lose revenue.

Silly question, but have you looked into using add-ons that are allocated across time cards to accomplish this? Here, add-ons would be setup to not be paid to the employee (i.e. burden charges). It is something worth looking into.
