We want to just have one Contacts administrator (ie person who can edit, add, delete contacts). But people in the whole company need access to contacts . The way your system works now unless you have full Contact privileges a regular user can only see contacts that are connected to their job. Need to allow access to whole contact list without allowing editing to the list.
Very disappointed in contacts functions - not what was demoed to us.
Reference Incident #907419. Also contacts should not be on the System Admin menu.
