Accrue Sick Leave by Union Code

California law requires sick leave accrual for all employees unless covered by a CBA that has specifically waived the coverage.  Only 3 of the IBEW locals in the state have not waived, but that means for those 3 we have to manually accrue for any employees working in those locals and then because CA law requires that the balance be printed on either the check stub or a separate statement, we have to print a separate statement to attach to each check stub.  The "print" option in spectrum is all or nothing in Payroll setup, not by individual employee.
