When using the distribute function of the job cost history report, the downloaded zip contains a document folder full of images. The filenames for these images appear to be GUIDS. Our previous system would create meaningful file names (using the module, vendor/customer code, invoice number, etc...)
It would make it much easier to find what you are looking for when you have a folder full of extracted images.

it would be most helpful if the invoices were in the same sequence as the job cost history report. our banks get upset when they have to search for these invoices, therefore we are spending too much time putting them in order to make the banks happy. this can take us 4 to 6 hours on our large projects!
I agree. It would be very useful addition.
