Use meaningful filenames in the distribute function

When using the distribute function of the job cost history report, the downloaded zip contains a document folder full of images. The filenames for these images appear to be GUIDS. Our previous system would create meaningful file names (using the module, vendor/customer code, invoice number, etc...)

It would make it much easier to find what you are looking for when you have a folder full of extracted images.
