Washington state has passed a Paid Family and Medical Leave act. It will require employers to withhold payment from employees as well as contribute money themselves for workers in Washington state. The funds will start to be collected on 1/1/19. Employers will be responsible for submitting premiums as well as reporting on wages and hours on a quarterly basis.

In order to import the data to the Washington ESD in a csv file we need a report showing hours and gross wages. I can run a State Disability report that shows gross wages and the amount of the deduction taken but no hours. Could you modify that report to include hours?
