Equipment Costs and Revenues need to flow down to the Equipment no matter what the associated Financial Structure is. (for Equipment evaluation) The associated Financial Structure may be convoluted (1) A holding Company Owns all the Equipment and Rents it out to other Equipment Operations Companies, who in turn re-rent it to Clients, and to other internal Operating Companies, who in turn charge it out to Jobs that they perform. Spectrum does not appear to accommodate this type of standard company structure, without the Equipment being set up as "Assets" in ALL the companies. There is a BIG disconnect between Assets and Equipment, when technically and by Financial Accounting "Equipment is Assets" and should not be treated differently.
