Previously, before the last update, whenever a subcontractor submitted a billing through the Subcontractor Kiosk, it would automatically send an email to the PM on the job (provided we had that set up in the AP Invoice Approval window). Now the subcontractor has an option to send the email and then they have to forward it on themselves. The PMs are not always getting notified that they have an invoice in the approval queue. It should go by our setting, not as a choice to the subcontractor.
