Union Report - eliminate inactive codes from report

In union file maintenance, deduction codes,we have a couple deduction codes that are no longer Active.  We can change the code to inactive. However, it stays on the union file maintenance screen.  The real problem is on the union report.  Along the top section of the report (by person) the inactive union codes are listed with no dollars.  Instead, the active codes are all part of "remaining deductions".  Not very efficient or effective use of the report.  We need a method to remove the inactive codes from the report printing.
