We have an issue where we reverse a Scale Ticket we imported without having Spectrum calculate pricing. In certain states certain items (like delivery fees) may or may not be taxed, and we ship to different states. Spectrum only allows an Item to be taxable or not taxable. Our software that generates the scale tickets has rules for this which is why we don't have Spectrum calculate the pricing.
When we reverse a ticket that is shipped to a different state from where the company is, Spectrum calculates the Credit Memo instead of using the Invoice amounts for the item pricing and tax. Therefore the tax is calculated based on the state of the plant, not the state of delivery. This makes the Credit Memo a different amount then the invoice.
Spectrum needs to create the Credit Memo based on the Invoice for Scale Tickets that were imported without pricing being calculated.
