Most of my POs come from vendor from Italy. As I have set up my PO and process invoices in EUR, it would be great to also view the PO receiving history report in EUR instead of CAD.

Are you currently using the Multi-Currency module? It allows you to manage vendors in their local currency while maintaining your reporting currency. Since the vendor would be set up to use EUR, the PO reports would also be in EUR...
