There is not a way to mask billing rates for a site or customer in the work order module. You can still see billing rate in labor tab and some reports. Do not need everybody working in work order module to be able to see customer billing rate just as you do not need everybody to see pay rates. Some employees would use this information after leaving company moving to another company. As a service company, this is a big deal for everybody not to see billing rates for customers/sites.
