Currently if you add a phase once a job is set up in PTE, you have to bring over or use the "get phases" button for each specific job. We really need a master button to sync all job phases. Our problem - every time we add a phase when setting up a CO, my AR person needs to communicate to the Payroll person that a new phase has been added to the system, requiring Payroll to log into PTE, find the specific job and "get phases" from Spectrum for this one job. I could see during busy season this happening some times twice a day and maybe 3 out of 5 days every week. That is a lot of interruptions between AR and Payroll and a high chance of missing a sync, then the field is impacted as they can't find the phase they need to use. Syncing each job independently is a big time suck. Really could use a fix right away.
