my company uploads AR invoices from a separate service program into spectrum. sometimes the salesperson code is missing or incorrect. if not caught immediately, the invoices are updated and then paid by the customer to the wrong salesperson. we would like to be able to change the salesperson of any given AR invoice without having to reverse the payment if it has been made, then reversing the invoice and re-posting the invoice then the payment.
