Provide Data Feed from Spectrum to LCP Tracker for:

Total Hours All Projects

• • This is the total hours worked for each employee on all projects for the week, not just the job being reported on. This includes any paid vacation, holiday, sick, and hours charged to overhead or GL accounts, and all other jobs charged whether they are LCP Tracker applicable jobs or not.

Work Order Number

• • This is the customer’s “Work Order” number associated with the customer’s “Contract ID”. The customer could have multiple Work Orders assigned to one Contract ID. So there are two possible scenarios that need to be taken into consideration:

  • • We use jobs, not what Spectrum defines as work orders, or the work order module, for all LCP jobs, so we think the Work Order field just needs to be added to the job master and then reported on in the LCP Tracker.

    • The customer only has one Work Order assigned to a Contract ID, in which case it may simply be a matter of having a Work Order field added to the Spectrum job master and included in the report.

    • When the customer has multiple work orders assigned to one Contract ID, we would use “Sub Jobs” for these in Spectrum. We don’t think this would be an issue if the “Master Job” was not identified as an “LCP Tracker” job because all we are doing with the Master Job is using this for internal reporting.
