Add these fields of data to the existing Spectrum Certified Payroll Report in order to meet the requirements for doing business with the State of Ohio (Building Contracts not DOT):
Customer Name and Address (under heading “Certified Payroll Report”) if work is not performed direct with owner. (data input field required in job master that doesn't currently exist)
Project Location (address), including the county or counties where the Project is located
List 4 Fringes & 1 Other - Only the following Fringes should appear:
The current certified payroll report randomly lists fringes alphabetically, and if they exist, whereas the State of Ohio wants to see just these specific ones broken out, and the remaining lumped together in "Other" on the report.
Total Hours All Jobs - Total hours worked during the pay period including non-prevailing wage jobs (same data required for the "optional" LCP Tracker field of the same name)
Total Gross All Jobs - Gross amount earned in the pay period for all hours worked (on both prevailing and non-prevailing wage jobs)
Grand Total Hours All Projects - On Summary page, the Sum Total of the "Total Hours All Jobs" as defined above (all hours on both prevailing and non-prevailing jobs). *Note that his is not shown on the State of Ohio Standard Form, or in the Instructions, but the agency does require it.

In this situation, I would use LCPTracker. We have a standard export to them...and they will file with Ohio in the manner they need
