Spectrum doesn’t exclude Adjustments (offsetting the invoice to the credit memo) in the update to last payment date.

Job Analysis reflects "last payment date", but as you can see within this a screen shot as well as from the attachment, NO payments have been received yet, no payments applied, no cash flows in...  We simply credited an invoice and applied the credit to the invoicing error to wash them off the aging report.  When management views this they are immediately confused.  Just looks awful (even fraudulent).

    Cash flow in need to include adjusts to show actual cash in. There are clients who take discounts.

    Sorry for any confusion. The way we calculate Cash In is the culprit. It is calculated as

    Customer Billed To Date including sales tax * (1 - (Customer Invoiced To Date - Customer Paid To Date / Customer Invoiced To Date))
