Under Payroll-Personal Information, in the Governmental reporting area, the choices for sexual orientation are limited to MALE and FEMALE. We now need to have added two additional options - "OTHER" and "UNDISCLOSED"

I have been wondering how we will handle these different classifications...especially since the Feds still only have 2. I would not want to have to say here is my gender for the feds and here is my gender for states.
