Alaska is requiring that all new hires and rehires who haven't worked within previous 60 days be reported within 20 days of hire. This must be submitted on-line either manually or by submitting an electronic file created specifically as instructed in the attached file. We have a large base of employees who come and go sporadically so it will be a large task to have to manually enter this information. Until recently we were able to fax or email the information using a crystal report that was written to duplicate their old fill in form.
New Hire Reporting should include:
Employer Name, Employer Address, Employer Federal Tax ID, Employer Phone Number, Employee Name, Employee Address, Employee Social Security Number, Employee Date Of Birth, and Employee Date Of Hire/Rehire.
