We use a standard set of codes with in our company but our clients have their own codes. Being able to print the job with their codes makes reconciling easier and is better customer service. In addition to our clients our Quantity Surveyors (Canada) who are required by the banks to audit our costs all have their own codes so being able to produce the cost reports with their codes will speed up the reporting and verifying process, which means we get our monthly funding from the bank quicker.
