Project Cost - Add Thru Date to Header of Entry Screen

When entering projected costs, you enter the date thru which you are projecting, usually the last day of the last month.  But there are times when you need it thru a certain date, or you have to go back and fix a projection.  I always worry I may have the wrong date.  It would be nice to just have that information that was entered during the build to be there while projecting.
