I'm looking to see if we can add levels of security of G/L codes. For example we have a small tools manager so I'd like for him to be able to manage the budget however I don't want him to have access to all the G/L Codes. Same w/ safety managers and others. If there is another way for them to see the costs from a certain GL code but not have access to all of them I'd like to know.

With cost centers, you can grant users security to only a few G/L codes, vendors, jobs etc.
