I have several vendors that are auto pay and some are on the same day. When I post the payments i have to go through the payment process for each vendor so when the bank rec comes out I see the individual payment. Otherwise it lumps all the payments into one large net amount with no name. An example would be paying multiple car loans on a single day. 1 to GMC, 1 to Ford, and 1 to Toyota. The bank rec would show only one item for the full amount, not the three separate amounts. What can be done to change this setting?

I totally agree! I would grade "F" to the bank reconciliation process in Spectrum.
Greatly ineffective and totally counterproductive.
Programmers need to seriously debug and improve the current platform. Thank you!
