Allow for increased flexibility for the email subscription to a Outlook folder function. The current method requires a job to be selected and attached the Outlook folder items to the job's document tab. A user cannot edit/change the document's job number once the document is uploaded. Under the current method the job number requirement also means that we would need to set-up and maintain subscriptions for each of our active jobs.
The idea is that you could set-up a single subscription to a general folder and then move the correspondence within Spectrum to the correct job. This way, only one subscription would need to be maintained and the documents would be held in a repository where they can be directed to the correct place.
