WHEN SENDING LETTERS OR ANY OTHER CORRESPONDENCE TO A VENDOR, THE VENDOR CODE DOES NOT NEED TO BE SHOWN ON THE POSTAL ADDRESS LABEL.  TAKES UP ADDITIONAL SPACE ON THE LABEL AND ACTUALLY ON SOME INCIDENTS CUTS OFF THE REST OF THE ADDRESS DUE TO SPACING, BASED ON THE AVERY LABEL FORM USED.
