When we receive enrollment forms for different benefits from new employees we want to set up the benefit and have the PR deduction start automatically based on the benefit eligibility. Right now we have to hold that enrollment form and run reports to activate that benefit at the start of each month. We want to avoid having to hold a group of benefit enrollment forms for a certain period and have Spectrum make the deduction start at the right time.

Completely agree. There should be a date that you can enter for the deductions to start deducting from the employee's paycheck.
Are you saying the deduct can automatically be setup based on eligibility date in spectrum? If so where is this setup?
Hi Geoffrey, when you say "in force" is that an automatic set up of the related payroll deduction or just that the benefit is eligible to be chosen in benefit management?
The HR module should be able to help you here. Check out Benefit Management. Its purpose is to let the user know that the benefits are now in force etc.
