Good Morning
We have several PR companies and over 30 Operating companies. We enter in employee into PR company���s and we also enter in a ���shell��� employee into the employee companies. These all have to roll up to our corp office and we can���t have employee���s with duplicate employee code. There are many reports in place ��� but we sill miss them and assign a new employee code to an employee that worked for us before. So, there is a lot of clean up. We also have HR entering in new employee in 4 different location across the country ��� so, the thought was, if you enter in an employee code ��� you can���t enter that some code again in any other company.
