Ability to re-assign Document to a different drawer. There doesn't seem to be a function that accomplishes this currently. It doesn't make much sense to have to download the file, and create a new document in the new drawer if the file already exists in Document Imaging.

What if a document was imported into the wrong folder or drawer by accident? It would be more efficient to be able to move the document to a new drawer or folder from where it currently resides instead of having to export to desktop and re-import to new location within document imaging.
If images/documents need to be moved for any reason (process changes, new folders, saving to wrong folder, etc.), we are unable to do this efficiently.
For us this has been a major growing pain. Previously 1 person controlled Payroll imaging folder setup, and now that has grown into multiple people that all require different security levels.
We have often wanted to restructure how we save Images in Payroll & Job Cost, but the inability to do this has left our users doing the unthinkable - saving on the network :(
Hello!
Can you tell me why you want to move things around? I am having trouble getting my head around moving the images...I'm sure there is a valid reason, but I'm stumped.
Thanks!
Geoff
