It is the fact that there is a location code assigned to the invoice that makes the system cut a different check. Said another way, we don't care the at the address is exactly the same...since there is a location code, we will pay that invoice to whatever is on file for that location.
but what if they are all for the same location?
The best way to handle this is to use Locations with the Vendor. This will cause separate checks by location to created.
