In the HR module/Reports/Training and Certifications, I can run a report showing all my active employees who have a certification. However, the existing report does NOT list the certification expiration date. It is very important to track which employees HAVE a current certification, but also WHEN does their certification expire, so that new training can be scheduled before the expiration date.
