When I enter CRs, I enter them with a Billing Item of ZZZ so they are guaranteed to fall at the bottom of the schedule of values. When they are included in a CO, I change their Billing Item to that of the CO and associate them with the CO. There are always and will always be CRs that have not been included in a CO every month therefore making that ZZZ line appear on the Continuation Sheet . I would like to see a way to exclude the ZZZ Billing Item from the Continuation Sheet.
I currently make the bills pdf and delete the line before sending to the customer. A Billing Item selection field on the Print Draw Request screen where I'd be able to exclude certain items would be a great help and I think a lot cleaner.
