At present equipment can be attached to other equipment. The section of Spectrum Help that deals with attachments uses tractors and trailers as an example of what this is used for; my usage would differ somewhat, but the attachment should be recording items being physically together and/or used together. After attaching equipment (let it be called secondary equipment for this explanation) to another piece of equipment (let it be called primary equipment here), one can only see this connection by looking under the attachments under properties of the primary piece of equipment. I am unaware of this attachment showing itself anywhere else. Because of this, a secondary piece of equipment can be requisitioned without even noticing that it's supposed to be attached.
I am proposing that attachment should function similar to a requisition.
