A feature that can be toggled on in the Job Cost installation screen that allows for the Projected Cost to automatically update to the total JTD cost if it exceeds the last total projected cost. This would be tracked at the job-level and would not require the user to build/update the projections on the phases.
This would eliminate having to complete projections for smaller jobs that are not needing to be updated with frequency every time their projected cost exceeds the JTD cost and would keep the job analysis screen and other reports accurate.
On this same topic, a workflow dashboard application for Projections would be great. It would remind PM's, or a designated user(s)/group of user(s), of jobs that are needing updated projections.
