We currently use Outlook Calendar to manage our service techs because it gives a good visual representation of everyone's day and stays up-to-date on their phones. It would be great if our service dispatcher/manager could adjust scheduling on the dispatch board and have it sync to the outlook calendar so we aren't doubling their scheduling work.
